Romain Bizet joined the CERNA as a PhD Student in September 2014. He is supervised by Professor François Lévêque. His PhD thesis discusses the economics of nuclear safety regulation. Romain Bizet graduated from École polytechnique, in which he attended the "Energies of the 21st Century" program, before specializing further in nuclear engineering at Mines ParisTech.
