Ahmed OUSMAN ABANI is a Ph.D student in Economics and Finance at CERNA, under the supervision of Pr. François Lévêque. His thesis deals with the impact of market design on the cost of investment in generation capacity in electricity markets. Ahmed graduated from Supélec (Gif-sur-Yvette – France), and holds a master's degree in Economics with a specialization in Network Industries from Supélec as well.
